Try first, then buy. WebFence includes a 14-day free trial with every feature, so you can check it works on your Mac and for your family before you pay anything.

When we refund

• Duplicate purchases. Bought twice by mistake? We refund the extra one.
• Your legal rights. Where the consumer law of your country gives you a right to a refund or to withdraw from the purchase, we honour it. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
• It doesn't work at all. If WebFence can't be installed or doesn't run on a Mac that meets the requirements, and we can't fix it, write to us within 14 days of purchase.

When we don't

Outside those cases, purchases are final once the trial is over and you've bought a key. A limitation that is described on the limitations page isn't by itself a reason for a refund, because we tell you about it before you buy.

How to ask

Email support with your order number. Refunds are paid by our reseller to the original payment method.

License keys are checked offline and can't be switched off remotely. If you get a refund, please remove the key from your Mac (Settings & Diagnostics ▸ License ▸ Remove License…).
